For different types of needle roller bearings, the corresponding installation methods are also different. For needle roller bearings without inner rings or outer rings, a thin layer of grease can be coated on the rolling surface of the shaft or shell hole before installation, and then the needle can be attached to the grease at the installation site in turn.

Attention should be paid to the placement of the last needle, to leave a certain gap, must not be the last needle into the hard extrusion, in order to avoid the bearing can not rotate because of dead jam.

For needle roller bearings with only stamped outer rings, considering that the outer ring wall is very thin, so as far as possible to install with a press, in order to avoid deformation and other problems.

In addition to the above methods, the auxiliary sleeve can also be used to complete the installation of needle roller bearings, but it also needs to be brushed with grease, and then the auxiliary roll or sleeve instead of journal or bearing inner ring is pushed into the outer ring hole, so that its end face is aligned with the end face of the installation shaft, and then it is installed to the designated position by knocking with a press or a hammer.

The third method is different. After brushing the lubricant, the auxiliary sleeve is inserted into the outer ring of the bearing, which makes the auxiliary sleeve and the outer ring of the bearing form an annular hole. After that, the needle is installed in the annular hole. After completion, the auxiliary sleeve can be pushed out, which is very simple.
