Another is the hot disassembly method, which is usually used to disassemble the compact needle bearing. First, the oil heated to about 100 C is poured into the needle bearing to be disassembled by an oil kettle. After the needle bearing ring is heated and expanded, the needle bearing ring can be pulled out by a pulling tool.
Before heating needle roller bearings, the axle should be wrapped with asbestos rope or thin iron plate to prevent the axle from being heated and expanding. Otherwise, it will be difficult to disassemble needle roller bearings. When disassembling needle roller bearings from the hole in the case of needle roller bearings, only the hole in the case of needle roller bearings can be heated, but needle roller bearings can not be heated.
In addition, the disassembly of needle roller bearings can be accomplished by pull-out method. When disassembly is carried out with special pullers, needle roller bearings will be pulled out slowly as long as the handle is rotated. When the outer ring of needle roller bearing is disassembled, the bending angle of the two feet of the pulling tool should be opened outward; when the inner ring of needle roller bearing is disassembled, the two feet of the pulling tool should be inward and clamped on the end face of the inner ring of needle roller bearing.
