It is understood that there are many factors affecting the transportation, storage and installation of cross roller rotary disk bearings, but as long as we can grasp the characteristics of bearings, such as large load, good rigidity, compact structure, and careful operation, there is generally no problem.
When transporting cross-roller rotary disk bearings, care should be taken to avoid collision, especially radial collision. Cross-roller rotary disk bearings can be fixed horizontally on the board. The storage mode of cross roller rotary bearing is also important. It needs to be stored in a dry and sealed room and wrapped with plastic film or oil paper on the outer surface of cross roller rotary bearing and coated with anti-rust oil.
Before installing the cross roller rotary bearing, it is necessary to clean the contact surface and the protective coating on the gear, but care should be taken to avoid the cleaning agent entering the raceway interior. In most cases, the assembly clearance of the cross roller rotary bearing has been adjusted when it is out of the factory, so there is no need to readjust unless the clearance does not meet the requirements.
At the same time, check the straightness of the installation contact surface of the cross-roller rotary bearing to avoid affecting the installation accuracy. When the cross-roller rotary bearing is installed, first fix the ring of the cross-roller rotary bearing to rotate the gear ring, and find out the maximum point of the elliptical long axis on the pitch diameter, and then paint it on the teeth of the maximum diameter.
The pinion with cross roller turntable bearings should be adjusted to mesh the painted teeth on the big ring with the pinion teeth, and the meshing clearance should meet the technical requirements of assembly clearance; after meeting the requirements, the fixed bolt should be tightened and the meshing clearance on the whole circumference should be re-checked.
